Details: Over a number of years, a wide variety of ornate Landscaping material has been provided for this extensive and prestigious Residential development on the banks of the River Thames. Since 2001, Con-Tech has been St. George Developments specified supplier of Reconstituted Stone material.


‘Percy Quad’, University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne

Details: In keeping with the local ‘gothic’ Architecture, Wet Cast Black coloured Landscaping material was supplied for the University’s Percy Quadrangle area. All material was manufactured with full consideration to the necessity for long-term durability, bearing in mind function and location.


Selby Flood Alleviation Scheme

Project: Selby Flood Alleviation Scheme, Selby, E. Yorks

Architect: ‘In-House’

Details: Various large Coping units (with sectional width as great as 800mm) were manufactured, with an Architectural acid etched finish to cap Flood Defence Walls in the vulnerable town of Selby.

Abberton Reservoir

Project: New Valve Tower and Pumping Station, Abberton Reservoir, Colchester

Details: This scheme was for Northumbrian Water and was an enhancement to the existing Reservoir which incorporated Portland Stone Balustrade Assemblies, Chamfered Blocks, Copings and Weir Crest Blocks.
